The Bf 109 K-4 was a German fighter and represented one of the final and most advanced versions of this famous aircraft series during the Second World War. This variant was developed in 1944 as part of an effort to further improve the aircraft's performance. The plane was powered by a Daimler-Benz DB 605D V12 engine with an output of approximately 1,800 hp, which allowed it to reach speeds of up to around 720 km/h and provided excellent climbing capabilities.
The armament consisted of one 30 mm cannon firing through the propeller hub and two 13 mm machine guns above the engine. This combination gave the aircraft powerful firepower, making it effective in interception missions and air defense against heavy bomber formations.
