Shipping policy
Welcome to De Liefhebberij – the webshop for hobbies to fall in love with, such as Warhammer, LEGO and other construction toys, model building, tabletop gaming, and trading card games. We make sure your order is packaged with great care and shipped quickly to your home via PostNL.
🚚 1. Processing & Shipping
As we are still in the early stages of our business, orders placed on weekdays will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days. Due to our adjusted opening hours, orders may also be processed during weekends.
Orders placed over the weekend will be handled within 5 days. Our temporary opening hours may impact processing times.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a PostNL track & trace code to follow your parcel.

💡 During holidays or busy periods (such as Black Friday), delivery times may be longer and PostNL may charge a peak surcharge.
🎁 3. Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on orders above the threshold amount (see table above). This will be applied automatically in your shopping cart.
📦 4. Pickup
At this moment, in-store pickup is not yet available. Once all necessary business facilities are fully set up, this option will be introduced. Until then, all orders are shipped via PostNL.
⏱️ 5. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived after 10 business days, please contact us at info@deliefhebberij.com with your order number.
We will start an investigation with PostNL and provide the best possible solution (reshipment or refund).
🌍 6. Shipping to Belgium & Luxembourg
We are happy to ship to Belgium and Luxembourg. No additional import fees or taxes apply within the EU.
🏠 7. Address Changes
Please always check your delivery address before placing your order. Once the package has shipped, it can no longer be changed.
💥 8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Did your order arrive damaged, or did you receive the wrong item?
Please send an email with photos within 48 hours to info@deliefhebberij.com. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
