What is the return policy?

If you are still within 14 days of receiving your order, you can of course return it without giving a reason, but within the conditions.

Who is responsible for the return costs?
The costs for returning the goods, which must be paid to the carrier, are at your own expense.
- When returning the entire order, the calculated shipping costs for the outward shipment will be fully credited.
- When returning part of an order, the shipping costs for the outward shipment will not be credited.
Are some purchases final?

When will I receive my order?
We're doing our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Currently, we aim to process orders within five business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with more information. Delivery times depend on your location.
